The Georgetown County Diabetes Community Outreach Resources & Education (CORE) is a community initiative created to provide education and awareress programs for people living with diabetes or related illnesses.

Our purpose is to educate, empower and advocate to bring about changes in the health system. Helping and caring about people with diabetes is a service we provide to the Georgetown community!
